Privacy policy

Preview policy — operator and privacy contact details are omitted for now.

N-JOY is an experience discovery and referral site. It does not create user accounts, accept reservations or take payments.

Saved experiences are stored in local storage in your browser so they remain available on that device. They are not sent to N-JOY. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser storage.

The newsletter and contact forms are demonstrations only. They do not submit entries to N-JOY. Please do not enter personal information in them.

When you search the Viator catalogue, N-JOY's server sends Viator a request for Curaçao product information and the selected language and page. It does not send names, email addresses, travel dates or guest counts in that request.

If you follow a product link, you leave N-JOY and visit Viator. Viator and the activity supplier may collect information under their own privacy notices and terms. Viator may use referral tracking, including cookies, to attribute bookings to partners.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Add the operator's current contact details and confirm provider settings and applicable retention details before publishing this policy.

N-JOY does not currently publish a privacy-request contact channel. Please do not submit personal information through the demonstration forms.
